TWHBEA Corporate Rules Updated

The TWHBEA Executive Committee recently approved several changes to the association’s Corporate Rules. Changes where the “intent” of the rule has changes are printed below. Other changes were made to “clean-up” the rules (i.e. grammar, spelling, numerical sequence, etc.) and those changes are incorporated into the revised rules that can be found online.
