USDA to host an open session for the [Tennessee Walking Horse] industry. All trainers, breeders, exhibitors, owners, and enthusiasts are welcome to attend.
On February 8, 2020, at the Blue Ribbon Circle Club in Shelbyville Tenn., USDA will host a public informational session to discuss 2019 show season compliance statistics and review the inspection process. The open session will be from 2 PM – 4 PM. All members of the public are welcome. Get Directions Here.
In past years the USDA has conducted similar forums to help better educate the owners, trainers and exhibitors on the inspection process, points of emphasis for the upcoming season and any changes to the program. Earlier in the week, the USDA will conduct their annual training for its Veterinary Medical Officers.
