Former Director from the Republic state of Texas, Mr. Everett (Butch) Allen died this Easter weekend. Not much more than that he’s passed is known here at the headquarters presently but we know the industry lost a well-loved man that was certainly in love with our breed of horse. As more information is available, it will be released here as an update to this post.
Mr. Butch served most recently on the International Board of Directors for TWHBEA on the 2014-2016 term after being elected in November of 2013. He served one term and was a pleasure to speak with, do business with over the phone, and an honor to know.
Our sympathies and love go to Dawn Allen and his family right now and we pray his eternal ride with the Father is a smooth one. God bless you Butch and may He give you peace.
