The US Livestock Genetics Exports Inc. (USLGE) provided funding to the Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders’ & Exhibitors’ Association (TWHBEA) to travel to Canada at the end of April and obtain a booth at the Horse Expo Canada show. Paige Liggett, TWHBEA Marketing & Communications Director, was sent to Edmonton, AB and joined Canadian representative, Lisa Adams, to worked in conjunction in manning the booth during the show. As a result of the show, the two individuals talked to hundreds of horse enthusiasts and handed out over 1,000 educational pieces about the Tennessee Walking Horse breed.
