Upon recommendation from the Membership & Registry Committee and Executive Committee, the International Board of Directors approved a new fee structure for Stallion Breeding Reports. The new fees will go into effect on January 1, 2025 and are intended to make the fees associated filing Stallion Breeding Reports more equitable for the people who are only reporting a couple of mares, especially regarding the late fees that are applied. The new structure adds two tiers with the pricing for the first tier remaining the same and then incremental increases for each tier. The new late fees are double the on-time fee. The breeding year ends on August 31 of each year and Stallion Breeding Reports should be postmarked by October 1 of the same year to be considered on time avoid late fees.
