The Tennessee Walking Horse Youth Association (TWHYA) has announced a new date, location, and format for their Summer Splash Horse Show. This year’s show will be held on Friday, June 13 (the night before Walking for Cancer) in Champions Arena in Shelbyville, TN. In a bold change to the show’s format, this year’s event will be a “traditional” show with classes for professionals, amateurs, and youth in both performance and pleasure divisions. In an effort to nurture the next generation of leaders, youth members are involved in every aspect of planning and executing the show, which serves as their largest fundraiser of the year.
