Annual International Board of Directors Meeting and Membership meeting. According to bylaws, the membership meeting occurs annually on the first Friday of December and the BOD to follow on Saturday. Traditionally, the annual awards banquet is the Friday night following membership, EC and sub-committee meetings (may extend to a 3-day meeting to accommodate all the various divisional meetings in one location).
