A series of updates to select service fees, along with the return of the popular Late Fee Amnesty Program, offered for a limited 90-day period, were approved during the recent TWHBEA International Board of Directors Meeting. As the Association winds down its year-long 90th Anniversary Celebration, this special amnesty is being extended as a gesture of appreciation to our members for their continued support and dedication.
90-Day Late Fee Amnesty: December 15, 2025 – March 15, 2026
During this 90-day window, TWHBEA will waive all late fees on registrations and transfers. Members are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to bring records up to date at significant savings. The amnesty program has historically been one of TWHBEA’s most appreciated member benefits, and the Association is pleased to offer it again as part of this milestone anniversary year.
Fee Updates Effective December 15, 2025
After careful review and in response to rising administrative and processing costs, TWHBEA will implement the following fee adjustments:
- iPEDs Premium: Increasing from $60 to $65
- DNA Kits: Increasing from $50 to $60
- Transfers (within 45 days): Increasing from $40 to $50
- Transfers (over 45 days): Increasing from $100 to $115
- Transfers for Geldings: Will be $25
This marks the first increase to transfer fees since 2003, reflecting more than two decades of unchanged pricing. These updates ensure that TWHBEA can continue providing timely, accurate, and efficient registry services to its members.
