The Farm Family Health and Wellness Program is an educational outreach program to provide farm families with the tools to cope and thrive with the unique challenges facing farm families.

Webinar Format
The course will utilize a hybrid method of live webinars and/or recordings that can be watched as your schedule allows. Zoom-based webinars will be held Thursday nights at 6 p.m. (CT) / 7:00 p.m. (ET) beginning January 19, 2023. Additional webinars will be February 2, February 16, March 2, and March 16. Registered participants will be emailed a Zoom link and instructions before each session. Recordings will be sent following each session for further viewing. Supplementary sessions are available on the Farm Family Health and Wellness Program website at https://fcs.tennessee.edu/mffhw/. To complete the course, seven sessions must be completed.

Webinar Topics
The webinar topics include grain bin safety, healthy habits to maximize mental health, medical warning signs, talking about tough topics, vision and hearing, safe livestock handling, farmland legacy, and crossing the communication gap. The series will also feature program resources that are available to support farmers.

Registration
Registration is now open for the Master Farm Family Health and Wellness Program. The registration fee is $100 for an individual, and/or family members. Forty dollars of the registration fee will go back to the county. The registration link for the public is at the following link: https://fcs.tennessee.edu/mffhw/
