Register by November 21 to join us for an evening dedicated to celebrating excellence, honoring tradition, and recognizing the people and horses who shape the Tennessee Walking Horse industry. Each year we come together to applaud the achievements of the past season’s champions while also paying tribute to those whose lifelong contributions have left a lasting mark on our breed.

Highlights of the evening include the induction of a new class of Master Breeders and Hall of Fame honorees, the unveiling of the official portrait of the 2025 World Grand Champion, and the announcement of our prestigious Sire and Dam of the Year. From honoring the legends who built our foundation to celebrating the champions of today, the banquet is the industry’s most meaningful night of recognition and tradition.

Saturday, December 6

8:30-10am – Breakfast (TWHBEA Auditorium)

9am – TWHBEA New Board Member Orientation (Stephen B. Smith Executive Boardroom) All new board members should plan to attend. Returning board members are invited to attend as a refresher. There will be a Zoom option for those who cannot attend in person.

Zoom Registration to Watch International Board of Directors Meeting: Not available as of yet.

10am –TWHBEA General Membership Meeting (Auditorium) / TWHBEA International Board of Directors Meeting (TWHBEA Auditorium) All members are invited to attend the General Membership and Board of Directors Meetings at the TWHBEA headquarters or via Zoom. The General Membership meeting will include an update from the President, CEO and Vice-Presidents. We will also recognize our 25 and 50 year members, outgoing board members, and youth board members. Immediately following the General Membership Meeting will be the International Board of Directors Meeting to elect the officers for the coming year and approve the association’s 2026 budget.
