Jeff Givens Honored With TWHBEA Friendship Award

Lewisburg, TN - The Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders’ And Exhibitors’ Association (TWHBEA) was proud to present its 2013 Friendship Award to the late Jeff Givens of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. A beloved member of the walking horse community, Jeff tragically lost his life while hauling home from this year’s Ohio Celebration horse show. A lifelong lover of the Tennessee Walking Horse, Jeff will be greatly missed by everyone in our community. His legacy will live on through his family, through the horses he bred and trained, and through our memories. TWHBEA was pleased to not only present this year’s TWHBEA Friendship Award to Jeff Givens, the Association was also honored to rename this award in his memory. Going forward the award will be known as the Jeff Givens TWHBEA Friendship Award.
